We accept the following secure payment methods:

• Paypal - through any credit card enabled for online purchases.
• Bank Transfer - through the information given at the end of the purchase process (Francy Bio-Culture S.r.l. IBAN: IT06W0101016300100000009490 Banco di Napoli - Filiale Reggio Calabria Corso Garibaldi Giuseppe, 173, 89125 Reggio Calabria RC). In order to speed the shipping operations the client can inform the staff about his payment and number of CRO sending an e-mail to francybioculture@gmail.com specifying the order number and full name. If payment will not be made within 7 days from the order it will be cancelled.
• Cash On Delivery (for order from Italy) - the payment is made on delivery with an extra charge of €5.90. (€9.90 for retailers)

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Conditions

GLS is our express courier service deliver. Shipping costs in Italy are €7.89, above €39.90 shipping costs are free of charge. For all other countries, shipping costs are €19.90, above €99.90 shipping costs are free of charge.

Parcels are usually shipped right after receipt of payment. Delivery times vary from 2-3 working days (up to 7 days from payment to retailers) except for force majeure or large quantity orders. We guarantee a tracking link to check the package path online. If you choose "cash on delivery" payment method, you will have to pay a supplement of €5.90 for delivery directly to the courier (€9.90 for retailers).

Shipping costs include packing, postage and shipping charges. It is advisable to group items in one order. We can not group two orders executed separately, and each of them will be charged for shipping costs. The parcel will be sent under customer's responsibility, but particular attention is paid to fragile objects. The boxes are reasonably sized and the items are well protected.

Returns

If the product does not match your expectations, you may return the article to us within 14 days. We shall you refund the article value. You can return the received goods without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of goods and withdraw from the purchase.

The withdrawal must be communicated to the supplier by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt containing:

- Demonstration of the will to avail of the benefit granted by D.L. January 15, 1992 n. 50.

- Indication of the product for which you wish to avail of the right of withdrawal.

- The order number issued at the time of purchase.

- The bank account details (name of the institution, correspondent agency, IBAN code).

All costs for the return shall be borne by the purchaser. The return must be in the original packaging. The right of return does not apply to used items. Costs are excl. shipping costs refunded, provided the goods are returned in an undamaged, unused condition. If the returned goods are not in fully resalable condition or the packaging of the article is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement.

With advance payments refunds take place according to your bank information (account no. , Bank, IBAN no.) as soon as the goods arrive with us. If the goods were paid for by credit card, a credit will be made to the credit card.

Packaging and product composition

The composition of the products can be varied without notice. For various requirements, our containers such as jars, bottles and tubes can undergo changes without notice and do not always reflect the image reproduced on the Web site.

As for discoloration or color changes of the product over time or among different production lots, this does not affect the properties of the product itself and is not to be considered as a flaw. It is due to the use of food dyes and hand made production methods. Hence complaints about it will not be considered.

Our natural products are composed by organic ingredients coming from plants and rich in active ingredients, hence the client is required to try the product on a small portion of skin to check for any allergies prior to use.

Retailers

The terms of purchase and resale of Francy Bio-Culture products can be agreed with the administration by sending an email to francybioculture@gmail.com or calling +39 328 2050598 and they may differ from the above conditions.

The invoices will be sent to retailers via e-mail, replacing the delivery of paperwork. The e-mail address used will be the one the retailer has used for the registration to the site.

Privacy

We undertake not to forward or sell your personal data to third parties. All personal data will of course be treated as confidential. The data required for processing the business transaction will be stored.

All the contents of this site, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images and source HTML are property of Francy Bio-Culture Srl. It is forbidden to use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images, or any part of is in any way without prior authorization.

Disputes

For any dispute arising between the parties regarding the interpretation and / or performance of these general terms and conditions of sale, the place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively Reggio Calabria, where the parties are domiciled. Hence any different competing competences will be derogated.
